Happy New Year Everyone!!! I have been gone for a LONG time! I can't believe I haven't posted since May! However, that's going to change, I know I've said it before, but I really wished that I posted some things throughout the year about Hudson and things that went on in our lives.

2009 brought a lot of hard times for us, but some AWESOME times as well!

Todd and I both have jobs now! I work at David's Bridal, as a Wedding Consultant, and Todd works at a warehouse for Toyota; right now he is a temp, so hopefully he'll be hired on soon as full-time! Cross your fingers for us!

I have photographed a couple sessions, and two weddings! Check out my blog at Crystalgilliattphotography.blogspot.com. I also may have a couple weddings already booked for 2010! I'm so excited!!

I'm ready for 2010, I'm ready for it to be a GREAT year for our family. I will be back(hopefully tomorrow! ) for a list of top 10 things I want to accomplish in 2010!

Well for my first "offical" mother's day, I got flowers and my new James Patterson Book, "The 8th Confession." I'm so excited, I love this series, but I'm holding off reading it until vacation! Reading on the beach, just sounds awesome!! But we had a cookout over at Dawn's house and we played a couple cornhole tournaments, I think Mom and Adam won the first one, and Adam and ____ Aunt Cathy? won the second one, but the beat out Grandpa! How dare they! It was a lot of fun, especially seeing my 81 year old Grandpa and my Grandma's out there playing cornhole! But it was a fun day, can't wait for all the rest of the mother's days to come!! I love being a mommy!!! It's the best thing in the world!! =) But here are some pictures from the day!

I REALLY failed this time!

Well, I guess you can say I failed my goal! I just have been so busy with taking pictures and editing them I haven't had a chance to get on here and post, and I don't like to post without pictures! Plus my computer has been soooo slow and I've tried to update the pics and my internet keeps shutting down! But I got some up! So I think I'm going to re-work my goal into not EVERY day, but at least 3 times a week! I'll start with that and see where we go! Sometimes I just don't know what I should post or not.......It's not all that exciting around here! lol So hopefully I can at least post some pictures a couple times a week. (which I know most people are just looking for the pics, then me typing......because ya'll know I'm not the best "writer" in the world!) So anyway! I hope you enjoy these pics! I sure did!!! =)

Hudson really wanted this toy, he was getting something out of his toy box and then he saw the block on the floor, well he decided he needed to go OVER the toy box to get to it!

Sorry I didn't post, or well mommy didn't! We're staying the night at mawmaw's and papa's because mommy didn't feel like driving home! We stayed too long, but she was working so I guess it was okay! Well I'm tired, So good night! I'll have mommy post some pictures tomorrow of me eating pancakes for the first time! They were really good! I had 4 mini pancakes......and I gave Lucy and Tipsy some to eat, but don't tell Mommy, she just thought I missed my mouth, but I was really giving it to the doggies!

I told Mommy that I can feed myself! I kept taking the spoon from her, so she got another one, well I took that one, and then she got another one, and then I took that one! And then she was done, so she said I could do it myself! I'm such a big boy! YUMMMY!!

Hudson 9 month appointment!

Sorry late again! (in my defense I still haven't gone to bed yet! LOL)

Well Huddie had his 9 month appointment this morning, at 10:15. Well he deicdes to wake up at 8:15am, so he was up way past his nap time before we get to the doctor. But he did good as usual when we got there! They didn't take us back until 10:45 though! Ugh it sucks to wait so much, but oh well...., but we finally got back to the room, and got him undressed and weighed.

His stats are as followed:

Head 18 inches- 50th %
Weight- 22lbs 13 oz -75%
Height-31inches-off the charts! LOL tall boy!

Well the doc said we don't have to do baby food anymore he can have whatever we are having except:
eggs, nuts, honey, fresh seafood, and milk. So I think he'll have quite a bit of stuff that he can eat now, but he still has to have formula. But we still have some baby food left so we're going to finish that off, and then go from there! Baby food is expensive!!! EEKS!

He got a new book at the doctor too! It's a book of things around the house!

Well we get back to the room, and the doc comes in and checks him out while he's playing with the beads on the wires on the wooden block(make sense?) he LOVED that thing! Well comes to find out Hudson has a double ear infection!!! He was acting a little upset, but i thought it was more due to being tired, but his ear was really bothering him tonight especially while he was eating! My poor baby boy!! But he was playing and all that afterwards, so hopefully this medicine will kick in soon!

I promise I'll post pics tomorrow! =) Sorry!!

Last night of bowling! YAY!

Well we had our last night of bowling tonight! Thank goodness! I love to bowl and all however it's getting so nice out that it sucks to stay inside and I haven't been bowling the greatest either lately! Oh well! But we did end up getting 10th place! Wahoo! We took all 8 points, and went over my sister's team! LOL Todd said it was bragging rights! LOL only about $11 more in money but hey! And Hudson is not happy being in the playpen for 3 hours.....but he does get to "play" with Drew some of the time. They share the playpen, and Drew just normally walks or sits on Hudson, and Hudson lets him!! Silly boys!!

Well Drew started walking today! He took about 20 little side steps to get to my sister's Sunkist! LOL so she HAD to give him a drink! LOL! He also pushed himself up to standing from sitting to! He's finallly getting it. We all thought Hudson was going to walk before Drew was......but not now!

I gave Hudson a bath in the bath tub tonight for the first time! He's either been in the infant tub or in his ducky tub, so I decided to let him try the tub out and he loved it! He kept trying to crawl in the tub to get to his toys, and splashing around. However, I think he was done when I was trying to wash him, because he kept trying to pull himself up on me, it helped me was his booty though! LOL

Well as my camera is still not charged(sorry it's been a BUSY weekend.....and i've been lazy!), so I'll try and get some pictures uploaded tomorrow.

Tomorrow morning we have Hudson's 9 month appointment, and I'm excited to see how much he weighs and how tall he is! My guess is about 24 lbs and about 33 inches! So we'll see we're he is in the morning!!!! =)

Well yesterday I took some maternity shots for a friend of mine that I went to high school with! We had a ton of fun, and took a TON of pictures! I'm going to add just one to show ya! But last night it took me until 2am to upload the pictures on the computer, so that is why I was soo mad at my darn computer! But I finally got them uploaded! Also today I planned on going to take some pics of my friend's two little girls! Well Hudson decided he wanted to take a FOUR HOUR NAP! I guess he was tired, so finally at around 4 we went over to my friend's Jess' mom's house to take pictures of Zoey and Reagan on their horses and in their white dresses with cowgirl hats and boots! They are adorable! Zoey is 4 and Reagan is 2 1/2! Zoey just adores Hudson and loves him so much! I spent all afternoon over there and they even asked me to stay for dinner! So nice of them! Well Hudson had a blast playing in the dirt! He is filthy!! Many more of these days to come!! But I think he might had more fun eating on the food! He had some baked potato, green beans, even a couple pieces(tiny tiny tiny) of pork chops!PLUS his 3 jars of baby food! He's a chunky monkey that's for sure! Well my battery died in midupload of putting the pictures on my computer! So I'll have to post more, but here are just two of the pictures that I took today!

Today Hudson and I met Heather and Jack for a playdate! Heather is from my July 2008 baby board!! and Mr. Jack, her son, is 4 days younger than Hudson! Since Heather lives in Illinois, we met in Terre Haute for lunch and went to the park. We went to Cheeseburger and Paradise and went to Deming Park for the boys to play in the grass. Well it took us a while to get there, because we kinda got lost! (no surprise here huh?lol) The park was packed with a lot of people! So they didn't get to swing, but I think they had fun playing with some toys and with each other. I am so happy that I FINALLY met one of the girls on the baby board! But here are a couple pictures from today!! Singing the ABC's!!

HI how ya guys doing? He hasn't really waved bye bye yet! But it kinda looks like it! Hudson and I met Mawmaw for dinner tonight, and I told him to tell her hi! and He put his hand up the air to her! So cute!! Not a wave but he's on the right track!!

The picture above is one of Hudson's favorite things to do! LOL What amuses our children! He loves to crawl over daddy's video game chair! He like to rock in it and make it rock himself!! Too funny!

Hudson LOVES his Blanky!!

Well Hudson seems to take a blanky to go to sleep, if we are out and he doesn't have his blanky it's hard to put him to sleep! Well today after giving him his bottle, I turn around and look at him and he has his blanky in one hand and the bottle in the other! Way too cute!! Creating a monster! But I think it's fine that he has something to cuddle with! I think it's pretty cute! I'm not sure at age 5 it will be but hey 9 months now, I got a while!

Well I guess since it's 1:45am on Tuesday morning I failed my goal already of blogging every day! Well it's still Monday on the West Coast!! =)

This picture above you can't really tell what he was doing, but he was cracking himself up sititng up against the wall and banging his head back and it would vibrate! He would just keep laughing and laughing!! Look like I had him jailed up with his toys though! LOL

Well I had some more pictures I wanted to upload, however I was playing around with my camera, and my images are not converting to JPEG for some reason! So I'll have to post those tomorrow!! That's it for now! =)

9 months already!

Can you believe it! My baby boy is 9 months old today! I can't believe how fast this time as flown by! It seems like it can't be ONLY 9 months since he's been here, because who knew what life was like without him here! He is the HAPPIEST, BEST, MY WONDERFUL baby I have ever known! Not being biased at all! =) Really!! He plays well by himself, however if he sees mommy then he wants me ALL the time! Which mommy is okay with that 99% of the time! I've been really slacking and telling you what's he's done so far! He started to semi crawl on March 18th, one day before he turned 8 months! Then took off on March 24th! He is into EVERYTHING!! He started pulling up on April 7th!!! now he's pulling up on everything and everyone, crawling everywhere, getting into things he's not supposed to!!

His three favorite toys are the tv remote, cell phone, and mommy's laptop! He has started to throw tantrums if you take one of these things away from him!!! I mean screaming with tears running down his face, and throwing himself backwards! Then as soon as he gets it again, he smiles through his tears and starts laughing! Silly baby boy!!

His shedule at 9 months is this:

900/930am-wake up and 7 1/2 oz bottle and diaper change(sometimes 8:30-sometimes 10am)

930-play time!

10:30-NAP!!!

12:30-wake up from nap and eat baby food! (He has been eating 2 jars of Stage 2 baby food! He has just started stage 3 recently, but there are a lot less variety there!)

1:00-play time!

1:30-7 1/2 oz bottle

2:00-play time!

4:30-NAP!!!

6:00-wake up and eat either 3 i said THREE jars of stage 2 baby food! Piggy!!

6:30-play time

7:00-7 1/2 oz bottle

9-11-night night time!!

then the day starts all over again!!

Depending on what time he wakes up his schedule changes here and there! But he normally has at least a 2 hour nap in the AM, and then sometimes he'll have his bottle right after eating babyfood! Just depends on what kind of mood he is in!!

Well I've become a blog stalker! I found someone's blog, and then I start reading blogs that they've added that they read! I have cried over people I don't know, babies that have cancer, triplet mommys, women who are trying so hard to become pregnant! Well the point of this is, that I check their sites everyday to see what they write about! And find it that I'm a little disappointed that I don't know what's going on! LOL I did say I was a stalker though! Well knowing that I'm not a "writer" by any means, I'm wanting to start a new goal!

My new goal is to at least write one post a day!!! I'm home all day with Hudson, so sometimes it seems like there is nothing new to report, so I'll try and post pics also! So here is my new start!

I just love this picture!!! Nothing much going on, he got up on his hands and knees the other day by himself!!! YAY!! I would say in the next month or so he'll probalby be crawling!! I'm okay if he doesn't yet!

I seriously have the best baby ever! He is so happy, so good, he doesn't cry much at all!! The only time is when he's hungry...which is more of a whimper! Or his teeth are hurting!! Or if I walk away from him, which is the loudest of them all!! He loves his mommy!!!

I sing a song to Hudson all the time, either to get him to sleep or just because he's being cute, silly, and we're having fun. The tune is set from "You are my Sunshine", Lyrics as followed:

He thinks it's soo funny and I have been singing this to him everyday since he was about 6 weeks old. He loves his momma's singing, which is why I think he likes Amerian Idol.....the reject part of it! LOL

A couple other things I do, is every night I put him to bed and whisper:
I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as we're living, my baby you'll be! (I LOVE THAT BOOK!)
And then i give him a kiss, and say good night my sweet baby boy!

I probably could go on and on and on and on about how precious he is, and fun, and sweet, and everything in between, but I'm sure you can already tell that by now!!!

There's this website called, Picknik.com! I love it! You can "photoshop" the pictres, and play around with them, make them funny, add different frames to them, and all that! The two pictures from the last blog were from the same website! It's a cheap alternative to photoshop!! Wahoo! I thought this picture was soo funny!! LOL

Hudson is getting so big! At his 6 months check up....well 6 month and 3 week check up, he was 20 lbs 7 oz!!! and 29 inches long!!!! The doctor said he is a giant baby!! He's well over 100% in length! and 75-90th in weight!! He has one tooth right now! Working on another one to come out! Hopefully soon, so this drooling will reduce! It has a lot though!

He is really the HAPPIEST baby I have ever met/seen/been around whatever! He's never in a bad mood, he plays by himself, he loves the doggies, and the doggies love him! He smiles at everyone, and makes everyone one around him soo happy! I just can't get enough of him!

I'm not sure if I'm ready for him to crawl yet, he can roll around just fine and get stuff so he's already mobile enough! I want him to grow up, however I don't want it to go to fast! I love my little boy! I'm going to play around with some more pictures soon! Can't wait!

Nothing, really new going on, Hudson's getting bigger by the day! He can sit up now too!! So that's pretty exciting!! He loves to play with his giraffe, his bug with rings, his star blankie, and his frog rattle, also his elmo channel changer!! He's a big drooler right now too!! Eww! LOL Learning new things, being happy, and having a good old time with his cousin Drew. I'm excited when they'll be able to play together more and interact a lot better! I have a couple pics and some video of the two of them, from the other day at Dawn's I'm going to upload!

I've been thinking about this recently a lot and just wanted to share my thoughts, by getting them out in the open:

My concerns, did I choose the right President, did we as a whole choose the right president, will he help the economy my son lives in, and will Hudson and all the other babies have the right to grow up in an economy in a country where everything is equal, where everything will be better, does this help us, does it hurt us?

There are so many unkowns, I'm scared of what the outcome will be? I think it makes me a lot more unsure, because I do have someone that I have to raise and be there for him, and this outside world is very scary! With drugs, sex, teen pregnancy, rape, violence, what do you tell your child that the world has come to? I know these have ALL been here and probably have been worse at times? But now I have to deal with it from a whole different perspective!I know that in 4 years it might not affect him as a person as much, but I know that overall it will effect everyone! I hope that with this come change, change for the better, change for Americans, change for the world. I know there are so many things that won't be able to be fixed in 4 short years, but I hope that it will begin the process. I hope that the things that are promised to be changed really will be.

I didn't think that in my lifetime at this young of an age that an African American would become president, I'm proud of our country that it made this change, closing the equality boundries by a fraction, I hope that what Abraham Lincoln said in his Gettysburg Address: that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

I hope this as true as it was then that it will even be truer now! I just continue to pray that we as Americans have chosen the right path, the right way the country needs to go, that we need to focus on us as a whole before we can focus on the outside world. I just look at my son, and know that I want, that I NEED him, to grow up in a soceity where he knows that his voice will be heard, that he will have the right to choose, the right to live, the right to believe in anything and everything he wants to. I have never voted before this election, I've always thought that since I didn't know what they were for, then I shouldn't vote, because I didn't want my vote to sway one way or another, just because that's who I "thought" I should vote for. I never took the time to really understand who or what they stood for, I don't know if it was because I was naive, or I was lazy, or I didn't want to say I voted for the person who hurt our country.

Then as I have my son now, I look back, and see how much people went through to have the RIGHT to vote, especially as a woman, the RIGHT to choose, the RIGHT to live in our FREE country, the RIGHT to live the way that we want to live. So now I have to teach my son that having the RIGHT to do something is a privledge and we should take it as that, that we should get involved and learn new things every day and strive to make a difference. I need to teach him to not take things lightly and to have something to believe in, to strive for, to succeed at! I need for him to know that he can make a difference if he chooses to, and for me to let him choose his own path in life.

I haven't been the best at letting Hudson have tummy time, so I decided today to try it! So I got his activity mat out and layed him on his tummy and turned around to get the camera, and he was already on his back!!!! So I put him back,and he rolled over again and he did it again! and again! and again!!! I was so excited! Here is a little video of him rolling over and a couple of him just smiliing, and laughing at the camera!!

Hudson's 3 months!!!

Can you believe it! My baby boy is 3 months old!!! How could it be so fast! I never knew how fast time flew when you don't want it to! I love my baby boy more than he could ever know! He's smiling a lot and laughing a lot, and his grabbing things now too! He grabbed my hair this morning, and he thought it was funny!!!! He likes to be sung too(even in my horrible voice!), which sometimes I think he stops crying cuz my singing is so bad, but he laughs when I sing! We have a song that I made up! (goes to you are my sunshine!)

"You are my Hudson, my baby Hudson, you make me HAPPPPPPYYYY because you are my Bubbaroo, you never know dear, how much I love you, so please don't take my Huddie away!!" LOL

He loves to take baths, but once he's out of the water, he doesn't like it anymore!

He is an awesome baby! He sleeps from anywhere from 9-10pm to 8:30-9:30am! He loves to sleep in like Mommy!!! I just upped him to 6 0z of formula!! He's eating the same amount as Drew is now!!!

We went to the pumpkin patch on his 3 month birthday, and I'm going to post some pics!

Thumb Sucker!

Mr. Hudson thinks he's going to be a thumb sucker!!! He has another thing coming! But he looks so darn cute with his thumb in his mouth! I've already had to tell him NO!! LOL I guess it comes a lot earlier than you think it will! But I can't take a thumb away, I can take a paci away, but he could care less if his paci is in his mouth, he takes it out and puts his thumb in there! As I sit here and type, he has his darn thumb sucking away!!! LOL So cute! But darnit, mommy said NO! =)

Babysitting!!

I've started babysitting my friend Kari's little girl and baby boy. Well Ali loves Hudson's Bumbo! She sits in it and reads the coupon books from the mail! It's too funny! She'll sit in there for over a hour and she gets up and it's stuck to her, so she falls foward to get out of it! Well I put Hudson in the Bumbo and he loved it! He was just smiling and laughing! Too cute!!

Well another thing Ali did that was really cute, was she would go up to the babies and wave at them and say "Hi Baby!", this is the only thing I understand from her! LOL that and Doggie!

It is quite a challenge to watch two babies that are 6 weeks apart! They sometimes eat at the same time! Today I had to feed them at the exact same time, and propped them up on the Boppy and sat in front of them holding their bottles!!

Another thing I've started, is I'm ATTEMPTING to knit a hat! I got a knitting loom and am in the process of making a hat for Hudson! Here is a start of it!

OMG! Hudson held his bottle all by himself!! It was only like for 45 seconds! But it's a start! My baby boy is growing up!!! =(

It's a group of girls that were all due in July, and we could ask questions or just vent with troubles we were having etc. Well now we have continued and are still there for each other, and we post pics of our little ones and still give/get advice. Well one girl posted pictures of her, her husband, and her daughter and asked us all to do the same thing! Well I found one picture of me on Todd's computer and a couple of Todd from his baby book, that I had to take a picture of the picture! Well it's pretty cool to see what we looked like as babies. I need to find my baby pictures from mom's house, but this is one that I have. Let me know what you guys think!?

HAHAHA!!! Well I'm atempting to get some exercise and go out walking/jogging/running. Since mom has been doing these runs for a quite a while, Dawn & Uncle David have joined in. Well since I still have some Hudson belly left, I thought why not?! I need to get out and exercise, so I guess this will give me some motivation!

On Tuesday, I decided I wanted to go for a walk, so I got Hudson's stroller and called my friend Kari to see if she wanted to go since she lives in my neighborhood! Well I got outside, and it was COLD!!! So I had to go get a blanket, socks, and a hat for Hudson! Well we started walking and we walked for over a hour! I think it was a little over 4 miles! So not too bad!

Then on Wednesday, I went to moms, to help mom and dad with their lawn, well I asked mom if she wanted to go jogging, so I brought the stroller......well it was really cold, so we decided not to go because of Hudson, so we went to Olive Garden instead! Dawn and Drew met us there! I asked where was Boogie? Dawn said well Alli said since she was taken Andrew, mommy would have one kid, and Alli would stay home, so Daddy could have one kid too! While at Olive Garden, Drew was being so cute!! Drinking out of the water glass, and trying to eat a breadstick!! =)

So Thursday, I was back on track with the running, and took my car around to see how much a mile would be! Well I didn't really realize how MUCH a mile was!! But I'm going to do it! So for my first time running...well like jogging/walking, I did it in 14:55 sec! So it's pretty bad, but it can only get better, right? I'm not sure what my goal is yet? I guess finishing! Not being last! HAHA!

Well I've signed up for the 5k run/walk on the 18th of October..only 15 days left... it's the same run that mom's doing the mini-marathon!! YIKES!!! 13 miles, that's a little ridiculous! But good for her! LOL

Hudson Brock is two months old!!!

Can you believe it!! Hudson is already two months old!! =( My baby is growing up sooo fast! I was talking to someone the other day and and I swear when I had two months left in my pregnancy it went by so slow!!

Hudson is such a good baby! He only cries when he's hungry or has a dirty diaper. It's so cute, he gets his left leg going, kicking it! He brings it up to his belly and then brings and down and kicks! The more he gets frustrated, the faster he does it! Also he can see the bottle, so I show it to him, and he stops crying, but then he starts kicking faster!! Soo cute!! Todd said it's probably the leg that was kicking me in the ribs for so long!!! LOL

He's already growing out of some of his 0-3 month clothes!! Well most of the tags say they're for 24inches, well he was 23 1/2 when he was born!!! He still looks long and skinny though, but he's starting to chunk up a bit! =) We go on Monday for his two month shots! =***( So not looking forward to that!

But he's starting to do new things everyday! Since I'm a papparazzi, I am constantly having a camera in my face, Hudson has started smiling when he sees the camera!!! I really can't believe it! He smiles all the time, and has started to laugh! We say HiiiiIIIIII to him all drawn out, and he coos back at us and smiles! Also, he has a bouncy seat, that has things you can pull down on and it will sing, well he grab it today!! He didn't pull it, but he fell asleep with the ring in his hand!! Too cute!!

However, he thinks he's going to suck his thumb! He starts by putting his whole hand in his mouth then finally it ends with only the thumb! It is really cute, however, I can't take away a thumb, I can take away a paci!

Well I know this is a lot of rambling, but just wanted to Post about my Bubbaroo! I'll post some more pics too!! =) These are his two month pics!

Hudson's Baths!

Well I haven't posted in a while, but, wanted to post some of his pics of his baths. He had his first bath in his bath tub on August 1st! Well he did not like it very well! He was screaming the whole time, so I didn't want him to go through it again, so I just sponge bathed him until I tried it again. The baby tub that I got is a clean flow tub. You have a continuous flow of water that goes in, and the dirty water goes out, and there's a thermometer on the tub, that lets you know the water is safe. Well in the bath tub(that was the 1st time), the water was flowing too fast so it did not work that well. So the second time I decided to do it in the kitchen sink! Well you can actually keep the flow of the water really slow so it works a lot better! Well I was scared to try it again, but he liked it!! He was just sitting there in the water, having fun!!!! But as soon as he got out of the water, he didn't like it at all!! =( Well here are the pics!

Well FINALLY after 9 whole months of taking pictures of everyone elses babies I got to take Hudson's pictures!!! I changed his outfit 3 times, and changed a poopy diaper, AND did diaper shots! He was awesome, he was awake and alert the whole time! And never cried! I was so excited, that he did such a great job! He seriously was the best newborn baby I've ever took pics of, and he was my own baby!!! I told Todd, you cannot rush me or tell me to hurry today, because I've been looking forward to this for so long! LOL!! We were there for 2 1/2 hours!! LOL!! So I finally got them posted on here!!

Hudson's Delivery!!

Well, I was supposed to be induced on Sat at 9 am, however, he decided he wanted to come on his own!! I started getting pretty bad contractions, about 5 minutes apart lasting a minute to a minute a half apart. I was tearing my hair out and crying, so I finally called the doc and they called me back, knowing I was in pain, they told me to come on in. I got there and got checked about 3 am, and was 3 cm. I got to my room, and got my iv started (they didn't tell me that was going to hurt!), and actually got my epidural at 4:20! I was checked again at 5:30 and was at 4-5cm, then around 6:30 I was feeling a lot of pressure in my bottom, so the nurse checked me and I was already at 7-8cm, 20 min later my water broke! I felt a lot pressure and a lot of pain, so they told me to hit my epidural button again, well it was not working!!! They checked me at 7am and i was already at 10! So I had to start pushing at 7:15, and omg it hurt!!!! Well he came out at 8am! Hudson Brock Gilliatt was 9.05lbs and 23 1/2 inches long!! He's a big big baby!!! =) I got really sick (throwing up and really dizzy) after I had him and was nauseous through the whole pushing. Which I kept saying I couldn't do it anymore! and just get him out! I really didn't think I could do it anymore!!
I was really dizzy for a long time, but I guess I lost a lot of blood during the delivery. When I came in my hemoglobin levels were an 11, which 12-13 is normal. Well it went all the way down to a 6.3, which is really low. Well I couldn't get out of bed without almost falling over, I was dizzy just sitting in the bed. I finally was so bad they had to give me a blood transfusion! They gave me two units of blood and brought my #'s back up to a 7.7 which is still pretty low, however now I have to take iron pills for 3 months! But I'm feeling a lot better now, however since I couldn't move from my bed for 2 days I have a lot of swelling, hurt to walk because of my ankles were really swollen.
However my baby boy is soooo adorable, cute, handsome,and just a good baby!!! However he pees a lot!!!!!!! He keeps soaking through his diaper, and his clothes!

Well it's official!!! I'm being induced tomorrow, July 19th, 2008 at 9 am!! I'm soo excited!! There are so many feelings involved right now, excited, nervous, terrified, ready, scared, happy!!! I just keep thinking about it, and I'm just so restless right now! I start something, but have to stop, because my mind is going a mile a minute! I'm really ready to be unpregnant right now, it's just been a very long 9 months!

I was supposed to have my doctor's appointment yesterday, however they called and told me they had to cancel it, because there was a power outage! I was not very happy, because the Doc said he was going to induce this weekend, so I really didn't think they were going to be able to see me today, to schedule my induction!! Well I woke up at 7:45 today(and I set my alarm for 8!), and tried to call, well I finally got through about 8:15, and they didn't call back until 9:30! Well since I was I'm so far along in my pregnancy they said they would get me in today( you bet that were! LOL), at 10:30. So we get there, and he checks everything, and he's like well do you still want to come in this weekend and have the baby! I"M LIKE YES!!!!!!!! YIPPIEEE!! I couldn't stop smiling, becasue I really didn't think it was going to happen!! So they called the hospital and scheduled it for 9 am tomorrow, but I have to call at 8 am to make sure there aren't to many people delivering and push it back(they better not!). It's going to be so hard to sleep tonight, hopefully I'll get some in, because I did get up at 7:45! But I did get to sleep a little late on my bday! Which I guess was my last for a very very long time!

Well yesterday for my birthday we went to Ryan's for dinner (yummmmy!!) (Thanks mom and dad!), and visited with some family members! Then when we got done, we went to the Gamestop in Franklin, because the had a Wii Fit! Which is what I wanted for my bday and that's what Todd wanted to get me! Well we set it up when we got home, and my Mii blew up! LOL I'm not obese so that's good! You have a goal weight to set and a certain time period to do it, I was like hmm how bout 10 lbs in 2 weeks! LOL Todd said that was cheating, because I'm getting ready to have the baby! Hey good confident booster! Well we played a little bit of it, my balance is soooo way off, 9 month pg woman trying to do it, not so hot! Todd had fun doing it! (He said he doesn't like these games, but I know he does!)

Well the next time I post I'm going to be a Mommy! That just sounds so unreal! I'm so excited and nervous, I just want to be the best Mom I can be for Hudson! I know I will, and I know that I'll have a lot of help from my mom, sis, family and friends! Just the unknown is what is the scary part is! I know you learn from experience, and I'm sure there will be a lot of experiences I'm going to endure, and I can not wait for the journey to begin!!

My art Projects! =)

Well I decided I was going to start being a little crafty, and well make Todd do some stuff as well! =) I bought letters that spell out Hudson for his room, and I decided I to paint them blue and white! Well I didn't realize how much detail were to these letters! And they took me forever!!! I also bought some canvases for Todd to draw sport designs on, because he can actually draw!! Well much better than I ever could!! We decided we're going to have Hudson's room be sports theme! Once I have him we're going paint one wall of his room, as a baseball diamond, and make it a Chicago Cubs wall! I got these cute 3 1/2 feet wire baseball and football guys, that we're going to hang on the wall! The other wall is going to be an Indianapolis Colts wall! YAY! Well I have all the letters done! YIPPIE! However Todd has three of the sports drawn out, and one half way painted! I have quite a few more that I want done, however, who knows when they'll get done! Hopefully soon! I'm going to try and post some of the pictures on here and show you what we did! Hope you like them!! =)
